Below are a selection of main courses – these change throughout the year due to seasonality of produce but it gives you an idea of what we can do for you.

  • Coq au Vin, pommes duchesse and tender stem broccoli
  • Spanish pork tenderloin casserole with chorizo and black olives with new potatoes and crisp green salad
  • Lamb Dhansak, basmati rice, cucumber raita and tomato and red onion relish
  • Roast pheasant, game chips, bread sauce, glazed carrots and green beans with red wine jus
  • Hearty chickpea and tomato stew in bread bowls (V)
  • Roasts fillet of beef, Dauphinoise potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli and Chantenay carrots with red wine jus (£5 surcharge per head)
  • Luxury fish pie with smoked salmon fillets, haddock, prawns and scallops with spinach and creamy mashed potatoes
  • Aubergine parmigiana with crisp green salad and garlic ciabatta (V)
  • Persian lamb and date tagine with cous cous and green salad
  • Duck Fattee, rice, aubergine and walnut pilaff and yoghurt dressing
  • Homemade ravioli filled with asparagus, ricotta and lemon (V)
