Canapés are some of my favourite things to make …. and eat!  For a drinks party, I would recommend between 5 and 8 different canapés per head however if they are to go with pre-dinner drinks then 3 canapés per head would be fine.

  • Chicken liver parfait on a mini crostini with apple chutney
  • Cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls with basil on sticks
  • Dates stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in chorizo
  • Thai chicken or thai prawns wrapped in a baby gem lettuce leaf
  • Crostini with pea, mint and goats cheese puree
  • Mini cheese scones with chive butter
  • Mini chocolate brownies
  • Mini lemon tarts
